My name's Sarah. I'm changing my diet habits and my workouts in order to be as healthy as possible before going off to college this coming fall. My journey began in December of 2010 and started as purely to lost weight. But now, it's become so much more than that. I was at my goal weight over this past summer but ended up gaining some weight back at the start of school. I don't want a repeat of that this year, so it's all about the little changes.
